Our Residence is situated in the immediate proximities of the historical center of Macerata absorbed in the green of the maceratese countryside.
To few meters from the Residence you can find all the services such as : bus, supermarket, calcetto field, skate rink and natural runs.
The Residence has 12 studio apartments of 40 mqs each all with independent entry, angle cooking, ample stay and sleeping loft.
